For them TraceAir is guiding "single point of truth" that shows and measures daily work progress, helps to optimize the next steps and prevents costly errors. About the role Join our dynamic team as a Junior Field Technician! You'll be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology, using drones and GNSS receivers to capture critical data for construction projects. We're seeking a motivated individual with a passion for learning and a commitment to excellence. No experience necessary! This is a contract role with the possibility of turning into a full-time position based on performance and company performance. Who we are looking for Tech-savvy + Hands-on Excellent organizational skills Strong problem-solving & communication skills Independent once you understand the basics Strong desire to learn and grow Think forward and innovate Comfortable with change, chaos, learning from failure. Responsibilities Safely perform aerial data acquisition using modern drone technology Safely perform control installation and measurement using GNSS rover technology Navigate to, within, and between construction sites Optimized logistics management to support a dynamic work schedule Maintain detailed and accurate logs of work performed and planned
Compensation & Benefits Salary:

Possess reliable personal transportation
