Job Description
This is a part time job around 25 hours per week, with potential for long term full time. Pay rate reflects base salary range only - base is commensurate with your experience. Additional pay will include commissions on sales, renewals, and monthly team bonuses. Must be local to Scottsdale, AZ. Start date flexible July 2026, part time to potential full time. Podcast industry leader seeking podcast editor. Hiring for part-time work, around 25 hours per week, with the potential of full time and long term position. Are you passionate about podcasting, people, storytelling, and looking for a fast-paced creative environment working with dynamic personalities? Ideal candidate loves podcasts, is cheerful, motivated, wants to work in the podcast industry, and has experience in a podcast, advertising or other production studio, where the focus is on serving clients who are building businesses. We don't do scripted, our shows are unscripted and mainly professionals. Preferred experience & qualifications include camera & lighting setup, video & audio podcast editing, social media marketing, client service, leadership, workflow management, and organization. Ideal candidate is neat and cheerful with professional written and verbal communications. Must have polished social and client service skills, as all positions are client-facing. Must have experience and knowledge of various recording and editing equipment and software, workflows, project management software, social media marketing savvy, and studio technical skills such as lighting & camera positioning, recording, editing, and posting. Candidates with the desire can learn all aspects of podcast studio operations, sales, technical & creative, gain expertise, rise to management, grow with the company. Must take direction well. Must cheerfully adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must be comfortable and excited by quick turnarounds and special requests, thinking and working outside the box. This is a creative environment.
