Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for a competent Real Estate Photography Editor to join our team at our office. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. Creative, motivated, and driven individuals who can adapt as we continue to grow and advance while taking on new responsibilities. About Us Blue Sky Photography is established to provide services such as photography, drone photography, virtual tours, and other additional products to enhance the sales of the listings more effectively. We are serving over 35 states and pushing for more! We are a photography team who strives for making our clients' sales a success. Responsibilities Receive, review and edit content turned in by our photographers daily Schedule and plan meetings and appointments Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information Perform receptionist duties when needed Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages Skills Required knowledge of Apple computers Proficiency in Adobe Create Suite including Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects and Premier Pro Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role Working knowledge of office equipment Thorough understanding of office management procedures Excellent organizational and time management skills Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills SHIFT Monday to
