Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and refine technical reports so they align with internal standards and client-specific formatting expectations.
- Review document structure and presentation, making updates to items such as headers, footers, typography, spacing, tables, footnotes, and page numbering.
- Partner with engineers, project leads, and subject matter experts to assemble complete and publication-ready project documents.
- Use Adobe Acrobat to convert, revise, and manage document files as part of the final production process.
- Provide editing and formatting support during the closing phase of report development after technical content has been finalized.
- Conduct detailed quality checks to identify inconsistencies, layout issues, and presentation errors before delivery.
- Maintain organization across multiple documents and deadlines while ensuring final files meet submission requirements.
