Photo Editor Internship Hours:
Part-time, flexible scheduling — must be available minimum 20 hours per week About Us We are a fast-paced, high-volume school photography company specializing in delivering high-quality images to schools and families. During our busy season, we're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Photo Editor to join our production team. Position Overview This position will support our editing and production workflow during the fall/winter season. This role is ideal for photography, design, or digital media students looking to gain real-world experience in a professional, high-volume studio environment. Key Responsibilities Culling photos (selecting best images from large batches) Retouching portraits with consistency and accuracy Order entry in our internal system General office duties , including filing, organizing, and assisting production staff Reporting tasks — working with spreadsheets (Google Suite experience preferred) Customer service - assist schools and customers via phone or email Assisting the team with additional tasks as needed Qualifications Basic knowledge of photo editing software (Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow editing guidelines Good organizational and communication skills Comfortable working with large volumes of images Ability to work independently and as part of a team Google Suite experience is a plus Must be able to commit to at least 20 hours per week during the season Reliability and punctuality are essential Possible opportunity to return for Spring 2027 season based on performance and workload
