Description of Job Duties

  • Basic data analysis
  • Communicate with prospective students and applicants via WhatsApp and Slate
  • Draft effective, branded drip email and WhatsApp campaigns
  • Create and manage IRA communications (Snippets, emails, WhatsApp messaging, campaigns) within Slate and WhatsApp
  • Review and improve IRA webpages
  • Create of social media content
  • Video editing
  • Edit and improve Pre-Arrival materials/event
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

    Job Qualifications
  • Must be enrolled as a student at North Central College
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a database with minimal error
  • Interculturally competent
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge/understanding of drip campaigns
  • Ability to problem solve and use critical thinking skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time
