Description of Job Duties
- Basic data analysis
- Communicate with prospective students and applicants via WhatsApp and Slate
- Draft effective, branded drip email and WhatsApp campaigns
- Create and manage IRA communications (Snippets, emails, WhatsApp messaging, campaigns) within Slate and WhatsApp
- Review and improve IRA webpages
- Create of social media content
- Video editing
- Edit and improve Pre-Arrival materials/event
- Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Qualifications - Must be enrolled as a student at North Central College
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a database with minimal error
- Interculturally competent
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge/understanding of drip campaigns
- Ability to problem solve and use critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time
