Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Post-Production Assistant to support our post-production team with
QUALITY CONTROL.
This role is primarily focused on quality control for videos and SRT files, ensuring every video we publish meets our editorial and technical standards before delivery. You'll also assist with a variety of post-production tasks including media organization, deliverables, metadata, and workflow support. This is an ideal role for someone who loves the details, has an exceptional eye for quality, and enjoys making sure every piece of content is polished before it reaches an audience. Responsibilities Quality Control Watch final video exports from beginning to end and identify any technical or editorial issues. Review videos for spelling, grammar, readability, branding, and overall presentation. Check for glitches, flash frames, dropped frames, audio sync issues, export artifacts, incorrect graphics, and other technical problems. Verify videos meet platform specifications and internal quality standards. Subtitle & Metadata Review • Review SRT subtitle files for: Accurate timing and synchronization Correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation Proper formatting and line breaks Consistency with spoken dialogue Review titles, descriptions, metadata, and file names for accuracy and consistency. Post-Production Support Organize media and project assets. Prepare final deliverables for distribution across multiple platforms. Verify export settings, resolutions, aspect ratios, codecs, and file naming conventions. Assist editors and producers with post-production workflows. Help maintain organized project files and media libraries. Support additional post-production tasks as assigned. Qualifications Experience working in post-production, video quality control, or a similar media role. Experience reviewing subtitle (SRT) files. Excellent English spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot small errors. Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and common video formats, codecs, and export settings. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable working independently while communicating clearly with editors and producers. Nice to Have Experience delivering content for YouTube, social media, streaming, FAST channels, or broadcast. Experience with Frame.io or other review platforms. Familiarity with Airtable, Asana, or other production management tools. Basic video editing or export experience.
