In this role, you will take full ownership of end-to-end print production, collaborating closely with project managers, designers, and external vendors to deliver high-quality marketing collateral on tight corporate timelines.
Key Responsibilities Production & Prepress Management:
Oversee the prepress phase, inspecting digital proofs and approving production samples to guarantee brand integrity, color accuracy, and technical specifications.
Vendor Procurement & Negotiations:
Source, bid, and manage external print vendor relationships, identifying cost-saving opportunities through strategic material and run-size recommendations.
Scheduling & Estimating:
Partner with internal Project Managers to build accurate print schedules, scopes, and budget estimates aligned with broader campaign launch dates.
