Set up, operate, and maintain podcasting equipment during recording sessions. Provide post-production editing, including sound balancing, cutting, transitions, and final polishing. Upload and organize completed episodes for publishing. Create short clips or highlights for promotional purposes. Collaborate with the host on episode flow, quality improvement, and production needs. Ensure episodes are completed and delivered according to the publishing schedule. Requirements Experience with podcast editing and production, or enrollment in a related degree program (Media, Communications, Audio Engineering, Digital Production, etc.). Familiarity with audio and video editing software. Ability to provide samples of previous work (student projects are welcome). Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Reliable communication and organizational skills. Experience with YouTube and podcast hosting platforms is preferred.
