- Description
- This role is a key member of The Estée Lauder Companies' Global Communications (GC) team, supporting 360 storytelling across ELC's corporate channels.
Responsibilities:
+ Communicate with stakeholders across brands, regions, and functions and manage content submissions via online request forms + Serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders across the company on the corporate intranet + Oversee the employee communications editorial calendar, deliverables and scheduling of content submitted by stakeholders across ELC + Proofread, edit, format and publish content across employee communication channels + Curate and deploy weekly roundup newsletter and develop ELC templates for newsletter variations sent by regions and functions + Support overall intranet platform management: page builds, site updates, functionality, personalization and governance⁃related tools + Partner with IT on intranet site upgrades, testing, customizations, UX⁃related updates, integrations and user surveys + Manage corporate email deployment, including distribution lists, audience segmentation, resource accounts and subscriber profiles + Support governance and training programs for the intranet and employee email- Qualifications
- + 3+ years experience in communications or digital marketing + Strong writing, verbal communication, and tech⁃based skills + Team player who leads with optimism + Highly organized and detail⁃oriented problem solver with a strong editorial and design eye + Ability to thrive in a fast⁃paced and high⁃demand corporate environment, balance multiple projects and meet deadlines + Ability to lead projects start⁃to⁃finish and maintain best practices and processes + Knowledge of web⁃based content management and email marketing platforms + Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly + Minimum Education level: Bachelors Degree •
Pay Range:
- The anticipated hourly range for this position is
- $66,300.00 to $93,250.00.
- Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
