Loan Document Review/Edit Mid-Del
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualifications:
High School Graduate or High School equivalency 1- 2 years loan operations/loan documentation experience preferred Decision Pro Software experience/knowledge preferred Knowledge of loan documentation Knowledge of loan policy and procedures Knowledge of real estate transactions Knowledge of loan related regulations Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications Detail oriented Critical thinking skills Must work well under stress and deadlines Must be able to multi-task Daily attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor Must work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Constant use of computer screens Ability to operate a computer keyboard Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday Long periods of typing and repetitive motion
