Responsibilities:
Edit long-form and short form YouTube videos mostly (5-15min not heavily edited) with a strong focus on viewer retention, education and storytelling. Brainstorm and contribute new video ideas, hooks, and content angles. Help improve titles, thumbnails, and overall packaging. Identify ways to increase engagement, watch time, and audience retention. Stay up to date on YouTube trends and continuously bring fresh creative ideas. If you want it to attract the right people, you could also add:
