  • Edit short-form and long-form videos that align with our brand's family and lifestyle aesthetic.
  • Implement engaging cuts, effects, text overlays, and trending sounds to enhance video appeal.
  • Stay on top of platform trends and optimize content for maximum engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with our team to maintain a consistent storytelling style.
  • Apply color grading, audio mixing, and light motion graphics to elevate content.
  • Organize and manage video assets efficiently for smooth production workflows.
  • Be open to feedback and adapt edits based on performance insights. Qualifications
  • Required to have 3+ years of experience in short-form and long-form video editing for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
  • Required to reside in the United States.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing family/lifestyle-focused content.
  • Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and mobile-friendly editing tools.
  • Deep understanding of social media trends, pacing, and audience engagement.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Passion for storytelling through family-oriented, uplifting content.
