Our team creates beautiful, livable spaces for clients nationwide and shares our design philosophy through a growing collection of digital content — including our weekly podcast, "Dear Alice," where our designers answer listener questions and share behind-the-scenes design advice. Position Summary We're looking for a detail-oriented Podcast Editor & Content Creator to own the post-production of our "Dear Alice" podcast and support our broader content team with product photography, product and lifestyle videography, and social media editing. Key Responsibilities Podcast Production (Dear Alice) Edit weekly episodes of the "Dear Alice" podcast, including audio cleanup, leveling, pacing, and mixing. Edit and repurpose video versions of episodes for YouTube and social platforms. Add intros, outros, music beds, sound effects, imagery, and captions/subtitles as needed. Manage the episode production workflow to ensure consistent, on-time publishing each week. Organize and archive raw and finished podcast files. Product Photography & Videography Shoot high-quality product photography for e-commerce and marketing use. Shoot product videography (e.g., feature highlights, 360-degree views). Edit and retouch photo and video assets to align with the Alice Lane brand aesthetic. Maintain a consistent visual standard across all product imagery.
