In this role, you will harness your artistic vision and technical expertise to craft compelling textile patterns, prints, and motifs that resonate across fashion, interior design, and product development. Your passion for visual storytelling through textiles will drive the creation of trend-setting designs that inspire and captivate. Responsibilities Create original textile prints, repeats, graphics and production ready artwork for apparel. Utilize digital design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications to produce high-quality artwork. Develop colorways with a strong eye for color, balance, and commercial appeal. Conduct research on color theory, fashion trends, and material textures to inform innovative design ideas. Prepare production-ready files and artwork packages for overseas and domestic factories. Work closely with pattern makers and mini markers to achieve the best print yield and garment layout. Requirements Experience troubleshooting print and production issues at the production level. Strong Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Experience creating seamless repeats, engineering prints, and placement prints. Strong understanding of print scale, garment placement, and repeat construction. Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of textile printing techniques and print limitations is a PLUS. Experience with NedGraphics Easy Coloring is a PLUS (Can be learned on the job) Women's fashion/apparel industry Experience Preferred.
