This person will support the technical design process from development through production, helping ensure fit, construction, quality, and consistency across product categories. The right person will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working cross-functionally with design, production, and merchandising partners. This role is ideal for someone who has a solid technical design foundation and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Create and update tech packs with clear garment construction and fit details Measure samples and evaluate fit throughout development Track fit comments and communicate revisions to vendors Partner with design and production teams to maintain product intent Help ensure consistency in grading, specs, and overall quality standards Support fittings and follow up on next steps in a timely way Qualifications Experience in technical design, preferably in apparel Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and fabrication Ability to read and manage specifications and measurement details Organized, collaborative, and able to manage deadlines Proficiency in relevant systems such as Excel, PLM, or Adobe Illustrator is a plus Temp to Hire Recruiter Valerie Haldeman View Valerie Haldeman's Jobs Benefits offered See Benefits
