This role will partner closely with Design, Product Development, and Production to ensure quality, fit, construction, and brand standards are maintained throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with men's apparel, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed technical packages for men's apparel styles. Measure samples, review construction, and provide clear fit comments to vendors. Lead fit sessions and communicate changes across development and production teams. Partner with Design to translate concepts into commercially viable, production-ready garments. Review specifications, grading, measurements, and construction details for accuracy. Track samples and support timelines from initial development through final production. Identify fit, quality, and construction issues and recommend solutions. Qualifications Technical Design experience within men's apparel. Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, patternmaking, and grading. Experience measuring samples and processing fit comments. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines independently. Proficiency in PLM systems and Adobe Illustrator is preferred.
