A. Uniforms, established in 1997, is dedicated to creating high-quality, fashionable uniforms that combine comfort with a sharp aesthetic. Our in-house design and manufacturing team ensures each product enhances our clients' brand identity. We add value to our client's uniform program experience by emphasizing a customer centric approach to our service achieved by actively listening to our clients, assuming accountability for uniform programs implemented and conducting ourselves with transparency and integrity.
Responsibilities:
Design uniform programs and generate look books for luxury hotels and resorts Make new patterns as needed Modify existing patterns as needed Develop markers for optimal fabric yield and cutting accuracy Manage and update pattern libraries and variant databases across multiple product categories Troubleshoot digital pattern issues and maintain clean, organized file structures
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in technical apparel design and product development Proficiency in CAD software (Lectra preferred), such as Lectra, Gerber, Optitex, TukaTech, etc., and willingness to learn Lectra Understanding and mastery of fit, patternmaking, grading, fabric performance, garment construction, and manufacturing processes Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus Ability to translate design sketches and concepts into accurate patterns, tech packs, and measurement specs Support the development of new silhouettes Passion for precision, problem-solving, and contributing to a high-performance environment Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator Proficiency in
Excel Education:
Bachelor's degree in fine arts required
