Design Studio Spc/Home Stylist

West Elm in Tampa is seeking a motivated and creative Retail Sales Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, has a strong eye for design, and thrives in a fast - paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

Work directly with customers to design and recommend products that fit their need, space and style. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales and design process. Create visually appealing design solutions and product layouts. Meet or exceed sales goals, for sales per hour, credit card generation and other metrics. Maintain product knowledge and stay upto date with design trends Assist with showroom presentation and merchandising. Must have flexible work availability to work days, evenings and holidays. Great growth opportunity within West Elm or sister brands. Ability to travel to in homes to meet clients in their own space for measuring and design projects.
