Company Overview Beauflor USA is a leading provider of resilient flooring products, specializing in cushion vinyl flooring and a broad range of related materials. Our company is committed to delivering innovative design solutions and exceptional customer service across diverse markets. Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Design Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assists with design and color development for manufacturing and distribution customers. This role ensures approval of SKU's in production by assisting the lead product designer, lab supervisor and colorist. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships will be essential in ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities Helps maintain the product design timetable. Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills, with the aptitude, ability and willingness to learn and make marked progress with AVA software, an industry standard for separations. Tests new design concepts by creating visuals with Photoshop, Substance Designer & AVA software. Carries out color development for sales order requests. Maintains weekly report. Assists lead product designer on product and color approval. Creates sales orders in SAP and distributes to the lab, or warehouse. Communicates with customers internally/externally on shipping schedules. Creates meter cuts for all new approved SKU's per collection. Helps organize the design lab, (Roland, Epson and backroom.) Helps set up for customer visits and presentations. Creates high res files of all new SKU's. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design or Product Design; experience in design exploration and production techniques. Hands-on digital design skills. Knowledge of design trends and market segments. Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills, with the aptitude, ability, and willingness to learn and make marked progress with AVA software, an industry standard for separations. Minimum of 3 years of experience (Willingness to engage in a software assignment review). Proficiency in SketchUp, CAD software, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems. Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Pay:
$68,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
