We are offering a direct profit share in Enlightened Remodeling to the right person. Not a token gesture. We are a Pittsburgh design-build remodeling company specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, and basements. We do creative projects and we won 3 design awards last year. We have over 100 five-star Google reviews. We do not chase clients. They come to us. The Role This is a hybrid Sales and Design position. You will own the full journey from lead intake to signed contract to completed design. That means vetting incoming leads, going on 5 to 10 appointments per week, running screen share design meetings with clients, producing renderings, and closing jobs. You will work directly alongside our project and production manager and be a core part of how this company operates day to day. We have built a 10-step system that takes a lead from first contact to design in a way that is fast, efficient, and gives clients exactly what they need without wasting your time or theirs. If you are good at this, you will not work more than 40 hours a week. Volume and efficiency are how you earn here, not grinding long nights. You would be a key person running a sales and design apartment collaborating with a small team at a big company. What You Will Actually Do Vet bathroom leads from photos before ever getting in your car, saving hours on jobs that are not the right fit. Run digital design meetings so clients can see their project come to life in real time. Use CAD software to design kitchens and bathrooms. Use Claude AI and other tools to write bids, communicate with clients, and move fast. Keep your pipeline organized in Google Sheets. Go on appointments, close deals, and earn commission on every single job you sell. What We Are Looking For You are a creative person first. You genuinely love designing spaces. You get excited looking at a room and imagining what it could become. Our clients trust us with their homes and their dreams, and the designer they work with is the person who makes those dreams real. That matters to us enormously. Beyond creativity, you need to be SHARP with technology. You should be comfortable with AI tools, and enthusiastic about using them to work smarter. You should pick up new software quickly. You should love systems and efficiency as much as you love design. You are also a salesperson. You are comfortable walking into someone's home, building trust quickly, asking the right questions, and closing. High commission potential is real here, but only if you are willing to put in the reps. Everyone in this office genuinely loves what they do. Requirements Proven experience in high end, tasteful, interior design, remodeling sales, or a directly related field. Experience in construction for kitchens and bathrooms is a MUST. Proficiency with CAD or design rendering software. Comfort with AI tools and a genuine excitement about using them. Strong communication skills. Fast typer. A driver's license and reliable transportation. The ability to manage a high volume of leads without dropping the ball. Compensation Base salary of $60k + commission.
