The ideal candidate should have experience making fresh flower arrangements, bouquets, vase arrangements, and custom orders for customers.

Job Responsibilities:

Create beautiful flower arrangements, bouquets, and custom floral designs Prepare flowers for daily orders, walk in customers, and deliveries Help keep the flower shop clean, organized, and professional Take care of flowers by cleaning, cutting, watering, and organizing them properly Follow customer requests and design instructions Work with the team during busy days, holidays, and events Help with packing and preparing orders for pickup or delivery

Requirements:

At least 1 year of florist experience Basic English communication skills Must have reliable transportation and access to a car Responsible, punctual, and hardworking Able to work carefully and pay attention to detail Able to work in a fast paced environment, especially during holidays Friendly and professional with customers and team members Russian or Armenian speaking is a plus

Schedule:

Part time or full time available Must be available on busy flower holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and other special occasions
