Part-Time (20-25 hours per week)

Contract to Permanent position with room for increased hours and advancement as the business grows.

Chicky Blooms Floral + Event Design 37364 Niles Blvd. Fremont, CA 94536 What You'll Do Design premium floral arrangements for everyday deliveries, sympathy, birthdays, anniversaries, weddings and events. Create custom designs without relying solely on recipes. Process and properly care for fresh flowers. Maintain cooler organization and flower quality. Assist with wedding and event preparation. Help merchandise the retail shop. Maintain a clean and organized design area. Work efficiently during busy holidays while maintaining quality. Assist customers with floral selections and design recommendations. Help receive and organize floral shipments. What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who: Has 2+ years of professional floral design experience Can design quickly while maintaining excellent quality Understands color, texture, balance, and current floral trends Has experience with sympathy work, everyday arrangements, and event florals Can work independently with minimal supervision Is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in their work Enjoys working with customers Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment Has strong communication and organizational skills Is willing to learn and adapt to the Chicky Blooms design style Availability Requirements This position requires flexibility during our busiest seasons.

Fridays and Saturdays Valentine's Week and Valentine's Day Mother's Day Week and Mother's Day Graduation season Prom season Major floral holidays Holiday availability is required for employment.
