We specialize in custom luxury wreaths,garlands, trees, and centerpieces — and we're looking for a talented Holiday Designer with a refined eye and a steady hand to help bring our clients' visions to life, from the studio to the final installation. •

Full Time/Seasonal What You'll Do:

Design and build custom luxury wreaths, garlands, trees, and centerpieces using premium materials Select and combine ribbon, florals, ornaments, and picks to create a cohesive, elevated aesthetic across all pieces Assemble centerpieces and tablescapes to match a client's overall design theme Travel to client homes and businesses to complete on-site installations, ensuring every piece looks flawless in its final setting Collaborate with the team on creative direction for custom client requests Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace while meeting production deadlines

What We're Looking For:

A strong eye for color, proportion, and high-end design Ability to design cohesively across multiple pieces — wreaths, trees, and centerpieces that all work together as one look Prior experience in floral design, visual merchandising, event design, or a related creative field preferred Comfortable working both in a studio setting and on client installs (some lifting, ladder work, and travel required) Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality in a fast-paced seasonal environment Reliable transportation and availability for full-time hours through mid-
