Ensure proper care and maintenance of flowers and plants through regular watering, pruning, and horticultural practices such as lawn care and landscape maintenance when needed. Support the team with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the floral section remains inviting and well-presented. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow, special orders, and customer requests in multiple languages if applicable. Qualifications Proven minimum 2 years of experience in floral design. Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are an advantage for serving diverse customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering exceptional customer service. Basic proficiency with retail POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math calculations.
