Responsibilities Design and assemble beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, and everyday displays Assist customers in selecting flowers and plants, providing expert advice on floral care and design options Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers by properly handling, storing, and rotating stock Manage inventory levels through merchandising, stocking, and organizing floral supplies and plant materials Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and order processing Identify different plant species through plant identification skills to ensure proper care and presentation Skills Proven experience in floral design with a strong portfolio of creative arrangements Knowledge of horticulture principles, gardening practices, and landscape maintenance Familiarity with retail sales processes, merchandising strategies, and POS systems Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Strong organizational skills to manage stock levels, inventory records, and floral displays efficiently Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle phone communication professionally Competence in retail math for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management Join us as a Floral Designer where your creativity blossoms!
