We deliver timeless style with modern edge, because no one deserves boring flowers. We offer a collaborative and supportive atmosphere where your creativity can blossom. The candidate must be available during major floral holidays and on weekends as needed. If you're top-notch designer, a proactive self-starter, and excel in a fast-paced retail environment we'd love yo hear from you! What you'll do: Use your artistic skills to create premium, eye-catching floral arrangements and hand-tied bouquets for daily orders, weddings, and events. Take phone orders, manage online orders, and assist walk-in customers with a friendly and professional demeanor. Provide exceptional service by answering questions, making thoughtful recommendations, and tailoring designs to client preferences. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the flower cooler, display areas, and studio space. Manage emails, online store, and customer inquiries with care and efficiency. Participate in visual merchandising and uphold our overall floral aesthetic. Process and handle flowers, perform routine tasks like watering plants, and ensure flower freshness and quality. Effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines for client orders and special events.
