Responsibilities Design and assemble fresh floral arrangements, bouquets, centerpieces, and custom orders with precision and artistic flair Assist customers in selecting flowers and plants, providing expert advice on floral care and design options Maintain the floral department's appearance through proper merchandising, stocking, and organization of flowers, vases, and supplies Ensure all floral displays are fresh, vibrant, and meet quality standards before presentation Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions including cash handling and processing payments Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock, placing orders for flowers and supplies as needed Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with enthusiasm and professionalism Skills Proficiency in floral design techniques and plant identification to create appealing arrangements Strong knowledge of horticulture, gardening, lawn care, landscape maintenance, and outdoor work experience Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Experience with retail sales, merchandising, stocking, POS systems, cashiering, and retail math to ensure smooth store operations Ability to handle cash accurately and perform retail math calculations confidently Organizational skills for managing inventory and maintaining a tidy workspace Passion for customer service with the ability to engage positively over the phone or in person Join us to turn your floral passion into inspiring creations that brighten lives!
