Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of professional floral design experience.
- Minimum 1 years of experience working with orchids.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Ability to answer phone calls professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Experience taking customer orders and processing sales.
- Ability to coordinate and schedule flower deliveries.
- Strong knowledge of fresh flowers, floral care, and handling techniques.
- Ability to create high-end floral arrangements, wedding flowers, sympathy arrangements, and custom designs.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused.
- Ability to lift and carry at least 20 pounds.
- Must be available to work holidays, weekends, and additional hours during busy seasons when needed.
Compensation:
- Independent Contractor (1099 position).
- Competitive pay based on experience and skill level.
