The ideal candidate has a strong artistic eye, excellent craftsmanship, and a passion for creating beautiful floral arrangements. This role includes designing pieces for events, daily orders, holidays, and special projects while maintaining our brand's style and quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

Designing floral arrangements such as centerpieces, bouquets, installations, sympathy pieces, seasonal designs, and custom orders Staying current with floral design trends, color palettes, and composition techniques Processing, hydrating, and caring for flowers to maintain quality and longevity Collaborating with clients to understand their vision, event needs, and budget Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Ensuring all creations reflect the brand's standards for quality, style, and sustainability

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a floral designer or in a related creative field (required) Ability to create and replicate arrangements from photos or our website Strong attention to detail and time-management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially during holidays Ability to lift 30-40 lbs and stand for extended periods Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude Experience with event work (preferred but not required) Fluent in
