Key Qualifications:
Certified Special Education Teacher with relevant state licensure In-depth knowledge of IEP development, coordination, and compliance procedures Previous experience with IEP auditing and documentation processes Strong organizational skills and a thorough attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and support teams Comfortable working with a limited caseload (fewer than 6 students)Primary Responsibilities:
Facilitate the IEP process, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time Conduct audits on IEPs and related records to maintain regulatory compliance Coordinate with teachers, therapists, and administrators to gather data and finalize documents Serve as a resource for best practices regarding special education programs and legal mandates Communicate with families and support teams regarding progress, goals, and compliance matters Maintain timely updates of student files with respect to district, state, and federal lawsBenefits & Perks:
