You will have the opportunity to refine your skills while working alongside our expert florists and Master Event Designers, with the chance to highlight your own creations. A positive attitude, knowledge of flowers, experience as a floral designer, multitasking abilities, customer service skills, comprehension of event design, and a minimum of three years of floral experience are essential. Proficiency in mechanics is also required! Ideal candidates should have at least three years of experience in a professional floral design environment!
