Someone that is Fun, ready and welcoming to change, appreciates the beauty and hard work of selling and creating beautiful events. To sell weddings and events, you will need to have the knowledge of flowers and designing. Visually able to pair colors and textures together to create an awe inspiring memorable event. This position includes all aspects of sales including cold calling, partnering with Wedding and Event Coordinators and Venues, marketing and social media. This is a busy on your feet, fast paced, ever evolving with trends, computer friendly position where you will need to be capable of using Microsoft office to include Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of floral designing, and flower names are needed to be to verbally paint the picture for the client. In this position, you will be responsible for the meeting with clients for sales/booking/contracting of wedding and floral designed events such as wedding ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, corporate and private events. We have the pleasure of designing for one of the Bride's most important days in her life, therefore excellent customer service skills with the ability to be a people person and lead conversations written, orally and in person are important along side presenting an on trend or professional appearance. Enjoy fun networking events to strengthen relationships in the local community to create and nurture existing and new business relationships. A valid drivers license and reliable transportation are a must. It takes strength of heart, character and agility to be in this field therefore you will need to be active with the ability to move about for several hours at a time with the ability to work under busy conditions and multi task. This position creates a flexible schedule with weekdays, weekends and sometimes holidays however we will compensate with time off as we all enjoy our ZZZZ's too!
