Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available Location:
South Pasadena, FL We are looking for creative, artistic, and enthusiastic individuals to join our floral design team! We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available . Floral design experience is welcome but not required. We are open to candidates who may be new to the floral industry but have a natural eye for design, enjoy working creatively, and are genuinely excited to learn. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn floral design hands-on and grow their skills in a professional flower shop environment. We are happy to train the right person who loves flowers and colors, and comes in with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn our design techniques and standards. What We're Looking For Loves Flowers Creative and artistic with a good eye for color, balance, and design Eager to learn and receptive to hands-on training and feedback Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment Willing to learn proper floral processing, care, design techniques, and shop procedures Able to follow established recipes and design styles while developing your own floral skills Detail-oriented and takes pride in producing beautiful work Floral or creative/design experience is a plus, but not required No floral design degree or formal floral education required The Role Depending on experience and training, responsibilities may include processing and caring for fresh flowers, preparing containers and supplies, creating everyday floral arrangements, assisting with wedding and event work, maintaining the design area, and helping with other day-to-day flower shop needs. We're especially interested in finding someone who is motivated to learn the craft and grow with us.
