Floral Manager, Floral Warehouse Manager Schedule:

Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays based on event schedules.

Accountabilities:

Follow directions from the Floral Manager, Senior Floral Lead, or Warehouse Supervisor to complete daily tasks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floral workspace for optimal efficiency. Clean and prepare floral vessels to ensure they are sanitized and ready for arrangements. Process incoming floral shipments, conditioning flowers for freshness and longevity. Pack and unpack floral carts before and after events, ensuring proper handling and care. Handle flowers with precision, including trimming and conditioning for production. Retrieve and organize floral and décor items based on RFPs from Event Coordinators and Sales Designers. Assist with event execution and provide on-site support as needed. Stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs while working in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working at heights up to 25' and operating a sprinter van or 16' box truck. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Preferably 1+ years of experience in floral support, warehouse, or event production settings. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and adaptability to changing priorities. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment. Frequent lifting, carrying, and moving of floral materials and arrangements (up to 40 lbs). Handling, trimming, and conditioning flowers with precision and attention to detail. Weekend, evening, and holiday availability based on event schedules. Must be comfortable with heights and working on ladders; up to 25'. Able to drive a sprinter van and 16' box truck.
