We're looking for a passionate Floral Production Designer to join our creative production team. In this role, you'll help transform design concepts into stunning floral installations and arrangements for events, weddings, and large-scale productions. What You'll Do:
Create Beautiful Floral De signs Produce floral arrangements following design samples and formulas Execute production for event décor, installations, and displays Assist with on-site floral setup for events Collaborate With the Production Team Work closely with Floral Leads, designers, and production staff Support other creative departments when needed Help troubleshoot design or production challenges during event setup Prepare and Assemble Arrangements Perform floral prep and assembly including wiring, taping, wrapping, and foaming Pack and prepare arrangements for safe transport Maintain a clean and organized workspace
What We're Looking For:
Experience & Skills 2-3 years of experience in floral design or floral production Ability to replicate designs with consistency and attention to detail Comfortable working with floral tools and production equipment Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to follow design formulas, pull sheets, and instructions
Availability:
Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends Ability to travel locally for event installations What It's Like to

Physical Requirements:
This is an active production role that includes: Standing for extended periods Lifting and moving items up to 30 lbs Bending, reaching, and climbing ladders when needed Working in varying temperatures and event environments Ready to create something beautiful?
