Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and talented Lead Floral Designer to elevate our upstart floral department. Looking for a mature, responsible, and honest professional. The schedule is flexible. This position offers an exciting opportunity for the right individual. Responsibilities Oversee daily floral department operations, including stock management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, offering expert advice on floral selections, plant care, and event decorations. Ensure all floral displays meet company standards for quality, freshness, and presentation while adhering to safety protocols. Manage inventory levels of flowers, plants, and supplies through effective stock rotation and ordering processes. Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and customer service interactions efficiently.
