This position offers guaranteed weekly hours and the opportunity to develop your skills in floral design while working in a dynamic setting. Duties Create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions Design to a recipe and photograph Assist walk-in customers in selecting flowers that meet their needs and preferences Maintain the floral display area through proper merchandising, stocking, and organization Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, handle cash and card payments accurately Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about floral design options and store products Manage inventory levels of flowers and supplies; restock cooler as needed Support floral processing efforts when needed Qualifications Previous experience in floral design preferred Knowledge of flower identification and care practices Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Join us if you're passionate about floral design.
