As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who is creative, dependable, and excited to help make someone's day, one arrangement at a time. Position Overview We're looking for a Floral Designer to join our team. Whether you're an experienced designer or someone with a natural eye for design who is eager to learn, we'd love to meet you. The right person is creative, works well under pressure, enjoys serving customers, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed. What You'll Do Design fresh flower arrangements for everyday occasions, sympathy, weddings, and events Care for fresh flowers and plants Process incoming floral shipments Help customers in store and over the phone Maintain a clean, organized work area Assist with merchandising and displays Help during busy holidays like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day Work as part of a positive, fast paced team We're Looking For Someone Who Has floral design experience or is eager to learn Has a creative eye and attention to detail Works well in a fast paced environment Is dependable and punctual Enjoys working with people Has a positive attitude Can lift up to 40 pounds Can stand for extended periods Is available to work some Saturdays Experience Preferred, but not required: Floral design Retail Customer service Cash handling Point of Sale systems Why You'll Love Working Here Friendly, family oriented workplace Paid hands on floral training Opportunities to grow within the company Employee discount Creative work every day.
