In this energetic role, you will bring outdoor spaces to life by installing stunning container gardens, seasonal floral arrangements, and festive holiday displays. Your hands-on skills and passion for landscaping will help create vibrant, welcoming environments that delight clients and visitors alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, showcase your landscaping expertise, and contribute to beautiful, memorable landscapes during peak seasons. All roles are paid, ensuring your efforts are recognized and valued. Responsibilities Assist with on-site installation of seasonal planters, window boxes, pumpkin displays, wreaths, and garlands. Help prep and stage materials at our workspace before installs. Travel between client homes throughout Greater Boston on install days. Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and workspace. Take install-day photos for our records and social media. Communicate professionally with clients when on-site. Requirements Detail-oriented with an eye for design and styling. Comfortable with physical work outdoors in all kinds of New England weather. Reliable, punctual, and a strong communicator. Valid driver's license and access to an SUV, crossover, hatchback, pickup, or similar vehicle that can transport planters and materials. Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and being on your feet for the day. Excellent physical stamina for lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and performing manual tasks in outdoor settings
