Overview We are seeking a creative and passionate Floral Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for artistry and an eye for detail, capable of crafting stunning floral arrangements for various occasions. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their needs, designing beautiful floral displays, and ensuring the highest quality of service. Responsibilities Ability to follow recpeies and lead design team in creating unique floral arrangements for events, weddings, and everyday occasions. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences. Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality. Assist with retail sales by providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge. Manage e-commerce orders, including processing online sales and preparing deliveries. Organize the workspace to maintain a clean and efficient environment. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction. Stay updated on floral trends and techniques to enhance design skills. Skills Proven experience in floral design or related fields is preferred. Strong sales skills, particularly in retail settings. Knowledge of plants and plant maintenance is a plus. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms for managing online orders. Organizational skills to manage inventory and workspace efficiently. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. A passion for gardening and an understanding of different flower types will enhance your design capabilities.
