We specialize in creating thoughtfully designed, high-end floral experiences that bring each couple's vision to life in a meaningful and artful way. We believe that planning and executing large-scale weddings requires more than creativity - it takes organization, coordination, and a masterfully curated team. From breathtaking ceremony installations to elegant reception centerpieces and refined personal florals, we pour our hearts into every arrangement to ensure each design is beautifully crafted and intentionally placed. Our goal is to transform spaces into unforgettable celebrations through elevated floral design, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence from concept through installation. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead Wedding Floral Designer to join our studio team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong wedding floral experience who can confidently lead design execution from concept to completion. This position includes both in-studio design work and on-site wedding and event installation, overseeing the transformation of venues into beautifully curated floral environments. Responsibilities Lead the design and creation of stunning wedding floral arrangements, including bouquets, centerpieces, arches, and ceremony decor Supervise and mentor a team of floral designers, ensuring quality craftsmanship, timely delivery, and adherence to safety standards Lead or assist with on-site wedding setup and installation Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio workspace Qualifications Prior professional floral design experience (wedding/event experience required) Strong portfolio of wedding floral work Experience with large-scale installations preferred but not required Strong understanding of floral mechanics and conditioning Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Comfortable with physical work (lifting, standing, transporting florals) Reliable transportation to Churchill, MD and event venues Weekend availability required during wedding season Compensation Competitive pay based on experience
