Floral Designer - Radebaugh Florist & Greenhouses Radebaugh Florist & Greenhouses is a family-owned and operated business located in Towson, Maryland, serving the community since 1924. We pride ourselves on being innovative and consistent, with a mission to provide creative, high-quality floral design for everyday life and special events. We are currently seeking a talented Floral Designer to join our team. Previous floral design experience is required. Work Environment Growth opportunities Safe and supportive work environment Casual work attire Creative, team-oriented atmosphere Responsibilities Design and complete floral arrangements according to order specifications Ensure accuracy and quality in all floral designs Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Assist in maintaining flower freshness and organization of the floral cooler Review and check arrangements for quality and consistency Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of orders Qualifications Previous floral design experience required Strong attention to detail and creativity Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with good communication skills Ability to follow design recipes and customer specifications
