The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our flower receiving department, focusing on processing flowers & greenery, merchandising, and inventory management. This position requires a blend of skills in organization and effective communication to provide a smooth working environment. Responsibilities Maintain organized and clean cooler Engage in effective merchandising strategies to promote sales and highlight seasonal products. Collaborate with team members. Must be able to lift full buckets of flowers and withstand cooler temperatures. Skills Knowledge of flowers and plants a plus Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy work environment and manage stock efficiently. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse customer demographics.
