Responsibilities Design and assemble fresh floral arrangements for events, gifts, and retail displays, ensuring they meet aesthetic standards and customer specifications Assist customers in selecting flowers and related products, offering expert advice on floral care, seasonal trends, and design options Maintain floral inventory by receiving deliveries, stocking supplies, and organizing displays to maximize visual appeal Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, customizing orders, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Support landscape maintenance activities such as lawn care and gardening when needed to enhance the overall store environment Collaborate with team members on merchandising strategies to promote floral products effectively Requirements Proven experience in floral design or related horticultural fields such as gardening or landscape maintenance Knowledge of floral design techniques, horticulture practices, and plant care principles Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Familiarity with retail operations including POS systems, stock management, merchandising, and cash handling Basic understanding of lawn care and landscape maintenance is desirable but not mandatory Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required Join us if you're eager to channel your creativity into beautiful floral expressions while delivering outstanding customer service.
