Responsibilities Design and assemble floral arrangements, bouquets, and decorative displays tailored to customer preferences and event requirements Provide expert advice on floral choices, care instructions, and design options to enhance customer satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and supplies are properly stored and sanitized Assist customers in selecting flowers and accessories, offering personalized recommendations to meet their needs Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for sales transactions, including cash handling and processing payments Support the setup of floral displays for events or seasonal promotions while adhering to safety standards Requirements Proven experience in floral design or related horticultural fields such as gardening or landscape maintenance Strong knowledge of floral design principles, color coordination, and arrangement techniques Excellent communication skills Familiarity with retail operations including POS systems, merchandising, stocking, and retail math Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while providing exceptional customer service Organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment Passion for creativity, attention to detail, and a positive attitude towards teamwork Open to learn throughout every day design practices Embark on a rewarding journey where your floral artistry makes every day special!
