Overview Join our vibrant team as a Floral Associate and immerse yourself in the beautiful world of flowers, and plants! In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face guiding customers through their floral needs and maintaining an inviting retail environment. Your passion for horticulture and customer service will help inspire our customers and elevate their shopping experience. Responsibilities Assist customers with floral design, plant selection, and gardening advice to ensure a personalized shopping experience Maintain fresh floral displays by arranging flowers, replenishing stock, and ensuring high-quality presentation Manage stock levels through merchandising, stocking, and inventory control to keep the sales floor organized and inviting Operate POS (point-of-sale) systems for cashiering, cash handling, and retail math accuracy during transactions Provide excellent customer service via in-person interactions and phone communication to address inquiries and promote products Back up delivery driving at times
