Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and related products by providing knowledgeable recommendations and personalized service. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, handle cash transactions, and manage inventory records efficiently. Maintain organized stock displays by stocking shelves, merchandising products attractively, and ensuring all floral displays are fresh and appealing. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering gardening advice, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Support landscape maintenance tasks such as lawn care and gardening when needed to keep the store environment inviting. Manage inventory levels through retail math skills, monitor floral supplies, and coordinate with vendors for timely restocking. Skills Proficiency in floral design techniques and horticulture principles to craft eye-catching arrangements. Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers effectively. Experience with retail sales operations including POS systems, cash handling, and merchandising strategies. Knowledge of landscaping practices such as lawn care and landscape maintenance to support store upkeep. Excellent organizational skills for stocking, inventory management, and maintaining an orderly workspace. Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to engage positively with clients of all backgrounds.
