We are a busy, fast-paced floral studio looking for Seasonal Floral Designers with 2+ years of experience in floral design to work Mother's Day. What You'll Be Doing Process and prepare floral product for designs and arrangements. Design and create floral arrangements for events, online orders, phone orders and walk-in customers. Design floral arrangement orders by following design recipes quickly and accurately. Maintain floral inventory by prioritizing freshness, quality and waste management. Maintain a clean work area. Communicate with team members to meet goals and maintain a positive work culture. What We're Looking For Floral design experience required (2+ years experience required). You should have working knowledge of floral design. This includes basic design principles and flower care. Floral design experience in completing everyday orders, event designs, and sympathy arrangements. Knowledge of how to process flowers and greens to maximize and maintain freshness and quality is a must. Inventory management skills. Excellent organization and time management skills. Ability to work with other team members and communicate effectively.

Job Requirements Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs safely, as required in a fast-paced design and production environment.

Holiday Availability:

Must be available to work major floral holidays (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.) and peak seasonal periods.

Reliable Transportation:

Must have consistent and dependable transportation to and from work.

Time Management:

Strong ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume setting.

Team Collaboration & Independence:

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as cooperatively within a team environment.

Schedule Flexibility:

Must be willing and able to work varying shifts, including weekends, early mornings, and extended hours during busy seasons.
