Las Vegas, NV | Miss Daisy Miss Daisy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lead Floral Designer & Design Team Manager to join our Las Vegas studio. This is a leadership role for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end design environment and is capable of managing both creative execution and team operations .

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Lead Floral Designer will oversee daily design operations while working closely with the Shop Manager and production team. This role requires strong leadership, advanced floral design expertise, and the ability to execute large-scale, high-quality projects with efficiency and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute high-end floral designs for events, weddings, corporate clients, and daily deliveries Collaborate with management on design direction, purchasing, and production planning Oversee floral processing, inventory, and flower buying Manage and support warehouse and design staff to ensure smooth operations Execute large-scale installations including floral arches, flower walls, and silk installations Interpret client proposals, develop recipes, and ensure accurate execution of designs Maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency in high-volume production environments Provide excellent customer service and contribute to client satisfaction

Qualifications:

Strong sense of urgency with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proven experience with hand-tied bouquet design and large-scale installations Advanced knowledge of floral varieties, care, and processing Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Professional, reliable, and accountable Excellent communication in English

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Floral Design:

5+ years (REQUIRED)

Floral Recipe/Buying:

2+ years (REQUIRED) Must include large weddings, funeral work, floral arches, and flower walls

Retail or Customer Service:

2-3 years (REQUIRED)

PHYSICAL & SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand for extended periods (7-8 hour shifts)

WE DO NOT HAVE CHAIRS IN THE WAREHOUSE.

Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs Reliable transportation required for offsite event work, picking up flowers.

YOU ARE REIMBURSED FOR MILAGE

Availability for weekends, holidays, and occasional extended hours

THIS IS NOT A 9-5 JOB!

IMPORTANT NOTE This is a senior-level position . Miss Daisy is not a training facility, and candidates must have prior professional experience in floral design and event production. Must have your own reliable transportation to and from work for offsite designing when applicable. Must be flexible with work on select holidays, weekends, and out of office hours.
